In your membership account, click on the delivery date that you would like to reschedule on your delivery calendar (this will be any date highlighted in green).
Then click the reschedule button.
Use the new screen to change your delivery date and/or delivery site.
Be sure to save your changes with the Change button.
If you receive a bi-weekly share, you can choose to either double up on another delivery day, or you can reschedule your delivery to an "off week".
You must reschedule your delivery before 9 am on Thursday the week prior to your scheduled delivery. After 9 am on Thursday, the shares have been finalized in the system for the following week, and it is too late to make any changes to that delivery.
If you're not able to receive a delivery and you didn't reschedule that delivery in time, please arrange for a family member or a friend to pick up your share.
