The week before each delivery, you will receive a share customization email from csa@angelicorganics.com that will show you the box that the algorithm has created for you based on the item preferences you have entered and based on what is available from the farm at that time.
We typically send the share customization email on Tuesday afternoon one week before your next scheduled delivery. You will then have until 9 am on Thursday to customize your share. (Remember, the customization deadline is 9 am on Thursday one week before your scheduled delivery.)
If you don't receive the share customization email, please check your spam folder, and your "promotions" email folder if you have a Gmail account, and be sure to add csa@angelicorganics.com to your "safe sender list" in your email program.
Even if you don't receive the share customization email, you can still customize your share by logging in to your membership account on Tuesday afternoon the week before your scheduled delivery. When you are logged in to your account when the share customization window is open, you will be a big notice that prompts you to customize the following week's delivery.
When customizing your share in your membership account, you will see a list of vegetables that are available in your account.
You can increase or decrease the amounts of each vegetable with the + and - buttons to the right, as shown below.
When you are happy with your customization, click the "save changes" button at the bottom.
Please note that once the customization deadline passes, no further adjustments can be made.
Another thing to note is that when the CSAware algorithm allocates a box for you, it also allows for a $3 overage at times to give it flexibility when creating the boxes. Every box is valued at $45 but because of item pricing, it can be difficult to create a box valued at exactly $45 for every shareholder. When this happens, you will see this reflected in the order total. You will not be charged for this overage price, only for extra items you might
add during customization.
If the customization period has not yet opened and you are looking at an upcoming delivery in your account, you will instead see the page below. If so, return to the page when your customization window opens. You will receive an email from us when that period begins.
